The Tim Ward Jazz Quartet



The Tim Ward Jazz Quartet is led by Shrewsbury jazz drummer Tim Ward and has been featured in many events at both prominent stately homes and Country House hotels throughout the UK.
The band also regularly play many jazz gigs in their local pub venues.

The Tim Ward Jazz Trio recently backed Alan Barnes, one of Britain's top jazz saxophone players.

Tim Ward’s father the late Hedley Ward was a nationally known band leader and featured on both National Radio in the 40’s, 50’s and television in the 60’s.

The Hedley Ward Trio is still a famous name having broadcast with many famous stars including Julie Andrews, Max Bygraves and Jerry Lee Lewis.

 

 

Tim Ward was recently described by one of Britain's top jazz guitarists as an accomplished musician with a hard, swinging style of drumming.
